D4.8.2 is a bilbirothawroid related to D4.8.1. It replaces the configuration of four J91's surrounding an octahedron in D4.8.1 with four J92's surrounding an octahedron instead, with 4 tridiminished icosahedra and a number of square pyramids and pentagonal pyramids filling in the remaining gaps.
