D4.8.2 is a bilbirothawroid related to D4.8. It consists of a truncated tetrahedron surrounded by four J92's and 10 tetrahedra on one side, connected to the other side which is identical with half of D4.8, with four J91's surrounding an octahedron, with 4 more octahedra and some triangular cupolae and tridiminished icosahedra filling in the gaps.
It was first described by student5 on February 26, 2014 as a modification of D4.8. Its structure was elaborated by student91 and the digital model was built and confirmed to be CRF by Quickfur.
