D4.12 is a CRF polychoron derived from the 600-cell 144°-wedge by augmentation with a pentagonal_rotunda||pentagon augment, which augments the other pentagonal rotunda into a pentagonal orthocupolarotunda. It was first described by student91 on April 3, 2014, and confirmed to be CRF by quickfur.
