K4.109 is one of Klitzing's segmentochora. It consists of two square cupolae joined at their octagonal face, with their opposite square faces joined respectively to two square pyramids in gyrated orientation that meet at their apex. The rest of the shape is girded by a ring of 8 triangular prisms in alternating orientation.
