The sine values are a set of constants used in some of the mathematical pages on this wiki. The following values exist:
- S0 = sin 0° = 0
- S1 = sin 15° = ¼(√6-√2)
- S2 = sin 30° = ½
- S3 = sin 45° = √2∕2
- S4 = sin 60° = √3∕2
- S5 = sin 75° = ¼(√6+√2)
- S6 = sin 90° = 1
They are primarily used to shorten exact expressions where necessary.
