Activating new account

"Mathtician," a regular user on the Polytope Discord, tried registering here but didn't get an activation email. He tried again and it said the username was taken, so clearly something worked, but he doesn't have access to the account.

Could some admin here activate the account, or advise us what to do in this situation?

New accounts are coming through. He needs to make posts for the mods to approve.
i did a search on users, there are none answering to mathtician. get him to try again, and make a post.

I don't think he's able to post. He says he gets this message when he tries to log in:

The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.
