The tetrahedral glaze is the simplest of a family of glazes, concave polytopes formed from a uniform parent. It is composed of 54 square and 12 trapezium faces, forming six regular pentagon handles. Its symmetry group is that of the tetrahedron, and its convex hull is the tetrahedral truncate. It can be cut cleanly into 5 regular tetrahedra, 12 isosceles tetrahedra and 22 uniform triangular prisms.
