Additional coordinates of (Conway) k5sD

i.e. a snub dodecahedron (sD) with pyramids raised on the pentagonal faces, whose vertices lie on the same sphere as the vertices of the original sD.

Wikipedia gives the original coordinates. I need to know the coordinates of the additional vertices. It's for a game I'm making. :D

If ye have the vertices for a snub dodecahedron, then i suppose it's a relatively easy matter to insert a dodecahedron of the same diameter (sqrt(3)phi).
