Is there a list of small CRF polychora ordered by cell count?

The most encompassing list should be https://bendwavy.org/klitzing/technical/CRF-list.xls, I suppose.

What's a trippy? All these short names are confusing.

A "trippy" is a "py" of a "trip" :)
I.e. a pyramid of a triangular prism.

The leftmost column in that spreadsheet provides file names for more details on that polytope.
Those are meant to be pasted after the base URL https://bendwavy.org/klitzing/incmats/ and adding the general file extension .htm.
E.g. https://bendwavy.org/klitzing/incmats/trippy.htm

Those are all what are known as "Bowers style acronyms" of polytopes. They started when Jonathan Bowers/Polyhedron Dude (as he posts on here) created shortened names for the uniform polychora and polyhedra so you could refer to the in a faster way. (I mean "sidpixhi" is a lot easier to say than "small disprismatohexacosihecatonicosachoron", right?) I'm not sure how many of the ones for CRFs are actually Bowers creations and how many were names coined in similar ways by others.

It's basically formed by taking the long form name, and shortening each part to a couple of letters, then inserting vowels in some places to make the result something you can pronounce. In this case, a trippy is a "tri"angular "p"rism "py"ramid.
