How to implement theory? any success story?

We create hypothesis about tetraspace, multidimensional body, but has any of us implement the theory?

do any of us have success story to implement the theory without running as fast as the light? we know that our "mind" can run faster than light (we can imagine the star faster than light velocity).

If by implement, you mean build some kind of machine the has practical uses, then of course not. Such hypotheses aren't really relevant to the world in which we live; they are descriptions of hypothetical other worlds.

Then again, if by implement, you mean something like "build computer applets", then yes, that can be done.
