just thinking aloud so to speak.
what if our relationship with the fourth dimention is one of co existance
the imbalance of matter to anti matter in the visible universe (3d)
might be a clue to the existance of other plains of existance.
perhaps the opposing charge gives it the ability to travel through time (maybe time is the gate between the 3rd and 5th)
if a particle collides with its anti particle the cancel each other out
they destroy each other and turn into pure energy which can manifest
as light. maybe the dimentions exist as to balance the eqausion. an
exchange of forces may also be applied we rely on gravity from there activities
and in exchange we supply them with and unknown force (unimaginable in the 4th or 5th)
we as humans are made of matter what if by changing/charging ourselves we could tap into
other plains of existance. we dont have a source of anti matter could it be harnesed as a form of energy
maybe we could trade tecnologies,ideas etc. if it is inhabited

Were this the case, then we might consider our relation with 2d.

Consider a plane. It is not every where, so most folk would not see it.

But what if we did. It is less than atom-thick. It is more akin to our shadows, or a movie screen.

Matter in 2d is 2-dimensional. It has no substance in 3d. Nor does our matter have any moment in terix (4d-space). Accordingly, the nature of antimatter is not to do with the passing of lines through a space.

On the other hand, electrons spin left-handed relative to their quantum moment, while the same particle spinning right-handed is a positron, or anti-electron.

One must assume that neither the chorix (3d space) or terix (4d space), or the heavens, or the south seas, or darkest africa, or the unexplored parts of the west indies and the americas, or the remotest Europe, for being un-explored, is home to strange and magical things. These things, for that they exist, do so in our midst.

I think theoden83 has completely misunderstood the meaning of the term "dimension", as used in the context of this board. He seems to think that it refers to some physical place, just like (to use wendy's example). the West Indies.
