About the General Relativity

Ideas about how a world with more than three spatial dimensions would work - what laws of physics would be needed, how things would be built, how people would do things and so on.

About the General Relativity

What will the GR become in higher and lower demetions?
In the book Planiverse ,the author told us that the GR can't work in 2D space because it can't contain any gravity.
I'm interested in that and I want to know more about that.
So,what will the GR become in 4D and 2D?
Please show me sth. about that.

P.S. Please forgive my grammar and spelling mistakes,I'm not good at English.

Here's something on Greg Egan's site: https://www.gregegan.net/SCIENCE/GR2plus1/GR2plus1.html

(And unrelated to GR, but related to other things discussed on hi.gher.space: https://www.gregegan.net/SCIENCE/24-cell/24-cell.html )
