What would polytwisters and hopf polyhedra be like as wheels?

Imagine you have 4 dimensions. You are sitting in the cabin of a wheeled vehicle. The thing is rolling down the road.

Now, two of the dimensions are taken up by height and forward. The wheel rotating in this space will give passengers in the cabin a sense of going forward. Any other mode of rotation, such as turning corners, is transferred to the cab. If you are running the whole machine in a hopf rotation, the cab is going to rotate at the same rate as the wheels, and you would get rather dissy in the cabin.

On the other hand, a planet is a free-spinning object with 2 (ie int (N/2)) modes of rotation. The laws of physics is that tidal forces etc will cause a transfer of energy from one mode to another, which means that the 4D planet would spin so every point goes around the centre. All the days would be 12 hours long, the summers and winters are cause entirely by the angle of the sun to the surface of the earth.
