All of this talk about standing on the inside of a 4D rotating glome got me thinking. Most notably in the respect of the Coriolis effect, and how it shapes rotation on the surface of Earth. We see how a 3D sphere has a 2D surface, and depending on the polar hemisphere, there are two different rotating directions of whirlpools and cyclones. Another neat manifestation of this is to stand on a merry-go-round while it rotates, and swing your leg back and forth. You will notice an oval path form, instead of a linear oscillation. So, what comes out of a Clifford double rotation and the Coriolis effect? How do storms or whirlpools rotate from it, and where do they change direction?

The weather in 4d would be influenced as much by the fact that 4d is an even number of dimensions as it would by the fact that its possible to have a double rotation. Because 3d is an odd number of dimensions if a ball spins there will be two poles that remain stationary. In an odd number of dimensions there must always be at least two places on a hypersphere in which there is no wind blowing. In the case of a cyclone there is no wind blowing in the eye of the storm. In an even number of dimensions such as 4d it if a hypersphere spins every point on the surface will move along one of the planes of rotation. In 4d instead of forming into cyclones the wind might tend to blow along the planes of rotation. So the wind in an even number of dimensions might be more predictable than the wind in an odd number of dimensions as it might be less likely to collect into cyclones and storms.
