4D brain

Ideas about how a world with more than three spatial dimensions would work - what laws of physics would be needed, how things would be built, how people would do things and so on.

4D brain

are brains different (other than their shape and stuff like that) in different dimensions? for example can a 2D brain have a disability compared to us because we have an extra dimension to "store" brainpower (lol)? would a 4D brain have a larger thoughtspace? like they can think about more things at a time?

Yes to both questions. The way to find the number of cells a bionian or tetronian would have in its brain assuming the diameter of its brain was the same as ours would be to take the cube root of the number of brain cells we have and raise that number to the power that is the same as the number of dimensions. So yes a 2d brain would be able to house much less information than we can while a 4d brain could house vastly more.

Another reason a brain in a different number of dimensions would have a difference in brain power is the difference in complexity of their environment. A 2d brain would have less information to take in than us so they would not need to think about as many things at once. A 4d brain on the other hand would have far more information, coming from the extra dimension, than us to take in and so would need to be able to think about more things at once than we can and possibly even think faster.

I hope that answers your question.

The average number of neurons in the human brain is about 100,000,000,000 and the cube root of 100,000,000,000 is about 4641.5888 and 4641.58884=4.641588834x1014 and when you round 4.641588834x1014 to the nearest trillion you get 464,000,000,000,000. 464,000,000,000,000/100,000,000,000=4,640 so a sentient 4d life form would probably have about 4,640 times the brain power of a sentient 3d life form.

Sure, assuming that the radius of a tetronian's brain was the same as the radius of a trionian's brain, and that neurons were packed at the same distance on average, and that neurons in 4D would work in the exact same way as they would in 3D...

A lot of assumptions there.
