i guess you missed the other messages here, but Polyhedron Dude actually rendered them and sent them to me so i could post them on the site. You can either contact him directly or wait for him to answer your question here :-)

I used POV-Ray - it is a free ray tracer which can be found at http://www.povray.com

Haven't made any of the polytwister sections by hand yet - they would make cool models though 8) . Those pics are entirely computer generated BTW.

Let me try my question one more time...

Povray doesn't have built-in shapes for polytwisters (or at least it didn't last time I used it). Did you create the POV-Ray input files by hand? Did you write a program to create the POV-Ray input files? Did you use someone else's program to create the POV-Ray input files?
